FAQs
How much work will I receive for 1,100€?
This will depend on the scope and complexity of the project.
On average, for the 1,1k€/m package you can expect a simple brand identity, a custom designed and developed website with up to 3-4 subpages or 1-2 motion design/marketing videos + social media graphics (up to 20 pieces).
If you're an agency owner looking to outsource some website design work, we can deliver 1-2 Webflow/Wordpress sites during one billing cycle.
Why retainer over hiring a full-time?
Great point! Hiring a full-time designer can be pricey. And let's face it, it's not always easy to find one who's available. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
With our flexible monthly plan, you get to call the shots. Pause or resume your subscription as your workload changes. This way, you're only investing in top-notch design services when you really need them.
How many requests I can have?
Once you subscribe, the sky's the limit! Add as many design projects as you wish to your pipeline, and watch as we bring them to life, one by one.
Pausing a subscription?
In cases where you have only a few design requests, you can pause your subscription. The billing is based on a 31-day cycle, and if you pause part-way through, the remaining days are saved for future use. This means if you use the service for part of the month and pause, you'll still have the remaining days available for when you need them again.
What programs do you use?
We use the Adobe Package (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
What if I don't like my design?
No problem! We will revise the design until you're 100% happy with it.
What if I only have one request?
No worries! You can subscribe, get your one design, pause your subscription, and then return when you have more requests.
What is not in your scope of work?
We don't do any 3D modelling, video editing or visual effects and animations, document designs (medical forms, etc...), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
But we work closely with partners that specialize in these fields, so if you have any special request, don't hesitate to ask.
